February 15th - The World Says No to War!
The World Against the War on Iraq! Stop the War on Immigrants!

What is it? A huge RALLY & MARCH in coordination with marches in over 600+ cities around the world, including New York, San Francisco, DC, Oslo, Berlin, Bangkok. Belfast, Ramallah, Antwerp, Copenhagen, London, Manila, Amsterdam, Paris, Stockholm, Glasgow, Athens, Rome, Cairo, Skopje, Barcelona, Helsinki... 50 in France alone!
Join with the world against the War on the World. Gather at the Seattle Center at 11:30 (Fisher Pavillion/Center Fountain), Rally at noon, March at 1pm to the Federal Building and the INS Detention Center.

The March
March Against the War! Bring a Flower!

March Route: From Seattle Center, head down Fifth Avenue to Westlake Park, Right on Pine, then Left on 2nd to the INS. March is 2.7 miles - approx 1.5 hours.
Bring a flower! Please bring a red flower, paper or real, to leave at the INS. You can find instructions for a paper flower here and here.
Feeder March! So far, there is one confirmed feeder march from Queen Anne. Starts at 10:30AM from the Queen Anne playfield (1st Ave W & W Howe St, near McLure Middle school).
